Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information VPNQM handles through its marketing website, user panel and subscription service, why it is handled, and how to request access to or deletion of your data.

Account Information and Its Use

VPNQM accounts can be created with a username and password, without an email address. An email address is not required, and providing one is not a condition of using this service. Account information is used to verify identity, maintain login sessions, link subscriptions and handle account requests. Please avoid including unnecessary personal information in your username.

When users submit a support ticket, this service handles the ticket text and any attachments they choose to provide in order to understand the issue and respond. Do not include account passwords, sensitive payment credentials or complete subscription URLs. Subscription URLs contain access credentials and should be protected like passwords.

Order Records and Third-Party Payments

This service retains records associated with accounts, including plan selections, order status, payment results, subscription benefits and refund handling. These records are used to provide the service, reconcile accounts and resolve disputes. Aggregated traffic data is used to calculate remaining plan allowances; it does not record specific browsing activity.

Payment methods include Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment service. VPNQM confirms payment status using order-linked information and the results returned by that service, and does not ask users to provide payment account passwords in support tickets. Third parties handle payment information under their own policies. Before paying, check the recipient details and order information.

No-Logs Policy and Connection Data

VPNQM follows an anonymous no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users access through the subscription service or retain browsing content, destination addresses, or histories that could be used to reconstruct browsing activity. Aggregated traffic data needed for account billing is not the same type of data as website access logs.

When a network connection is established, the connection state required for communication is used only for current processing. This service does not combine source addresses, destination addresses and connection times into a user connection history, and does not retain these connection logs after a session ends. An anonymous no-logs policy does not mean that account, order or user-submitted support ticket records do not exist, nor does it change how third-party websites handle data.

Site Analytics and Local Storage

Analytics for the marketing website help us understand page visits, referral sources, device categories and button usage so we can improve content and workflows. Analytics cover interactions with this website; they are not records of users accessing other websites through international routes. Passwords and subscription credentials are not included in analytics events.

Cookies and local storage are used to maintain necessary sessions and save login credentials or interface preferences such as language. Users can restrict cookies or clear this site's storage through browser settings, or end their session by logging out of the panel. Clearing data may end a login session and remove preferences, requiring a new login. It does not also delete server-side order or account records.

Data Retention, Access and Deletion

Account information is retained for as long as needed to provide account services. Order, refund and dispute records are retained as needed to fulfill obligations, reconcile accounts and meet applicable legal requirements. Support ticket information is retained while an issue is being handled and for any necessary review. This policy does not promise one fixed retention period. When the purpose for processing ends and there is no further basis for retention, relevant information will be deleted or anonymized.

Users can log in to the panel and use the support ticket portal to request access to, correction of or deletion of account information. To prevent unauthorized actions, this service will first verify control of the account and explain which records cannot be deleted immediately and why. Account deletion may affect subscription access, so please first check whether any orders or refund matters still need attention.

Data Disclosure and Policy Updates

Access to information is limited to what is necessary to provide the service, handle support requests and maintain systems. When third parties are involved in payment or technical processing, only information needed for the relevant purpose is provided. If disclosure is legally required, this service will act in accordance with applicable requirements; such exceptions do not constitute routine data sharing.

Policy changes will be published on this page, and the month shown at the top will be updated. Significant changes to the purposes or scope of processing will be noted on the website or in the user panel. Users can return to this page to review the current version. Subscription benefits and refund rules are described in the Terms of Service. Questions about privacy practices can be submitted through a panel support ticket.
