About VPNQM

A smart-routing subscription service. Route traffic by app to suitable international routes, making it easier to choose connections for work, AI tools, and streaming.

Service Overview

Cross-Border Access and App-Based Routing

VPNQM is designed for people who need access to international websites, AI tools, and online collaboration services. Smart routing separates traffic by destination: international apps use their corresponding routes, while websites in mainland China connect directly according to the rules, reducing the need to switch settings repeatedly.

Service covers 100+ countries and 190+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux and unlimited devices. Get the client and subscription through the user panel. For iOS, availability is determined by the plan status shown in the panel.

Operating Principles

Choosing Routes and Troubleshooting

Choose a route based first on the region an app requires, then on how the connection performs in practice. IEPL dedicated lines, relay routes, and direct connections each suit different situations; a route name does not guarantee the same experience at every time of day. Check availability for streaming platforms and AI tools on a platform-by-platform basis.

If you have connection issues, first check your subscription status and routing mode, then try another route for comparison. If the problem persists, submit a support ticket through the panel and include the app, operating system, and error details. Plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee; requests are handled according to the Terms of Service.

No-Logs Policy and Data Minimization

VPNQM follows an anonymous, no-logs policy and does not record browsing activity. You can create an account without an email address using only a username and password. Information is collected only as needed to provide account, subscription, and support services. See the Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and why.

When reporting an issue, include only the error details needed to troubleshoot, and redact passwords, subscription links, and sensitive payment information. The anonymous, no-logs statement describes VPNQM’s service policy; when using other websites or apps, review their account permissions and privacy settings.
