Smart Routing · Six Capabilities

Apps, Regions, and Routes

Identify the destination first, then decide which route each request takes.

At peak hours, check the route before the distance

When video calls and file transfers run at the same time, the destination's distance may not be the problem. Congestion at the entry point, relay paths, and your local network can all affect performance. Smart Routing keeps websites in mainland China on a direct path and sends international apps through their designated routes, avoiding unnecessary detours. If things slow down at peak hours, keep the app and destination region unchanged and compare routes one at a time, then check your local connection. This helps distinguish app issues from route fluctuations and makes it easier to pinpoint the cause than repeatedly changing every setting. Test performance during the hours you usually use the service.

Route AI tools by destination region

You can connect directly to websites in mainland China while browsing, then let routing rules select an international route when you open an AI tool. The two types of traffic don't have to share one path. Before using ChatGPT or Gemini, check which regions the platform supports, then keep sign-in, conversations, and related resources on a consistent exit region. Switching countries frequently may not fix access issues and could trigger checks by the platform. A working route doesn't guarantee that your account meets the platform's requirements. If you see an error, check the region requirements, account status, and app message separately.

Anonymous, no-logs policy

Create an account with a username and password—no email address required. VPNQM's privacy policy is anonymous and no-logs; see the privacy policy for details. Network routes and app accounts are separate: once you sign in to a video platform or work tool, that provider still handles account activity under its own policies. Keep your dashboard password and subscription details secure, avoid sharing screenshots that reveal full subscription information, and don't assume that connecting changes how every app handles your data.

Unlimited devices

Use one subscription to work on documents at your desktop, browse on a portable device, and run everyday tools on Linux—no need to choose a separate plan for each device. Unlimited devices refers to the number of devices, not unlimited data. Rules, system permissions, and network conditions vary by device, so verify the connection on the devices you use most before adding others. When troubleshooting, change settings on one device at a time and keep a working setup as a reference.

Streaming and 4K

For streaming, first check the content library's region, then see whether the route can reach the platform. Netflix and YouTube can use different app-specific routes, while video services in mainland China stay on a direct connection. 4K playback also depends on your original connection, playback device, platform membership, and source content—not just the route name. Test by opening the title you want to watch and checking the resolution and buffering. If the home page loads but the video won't play, check the platform's message rather than simply reconnecting.

30-day no-questions-asked refunds

Choosing a service isn't just about comparing plan data—you also need time to test it with your actual use cases. VPNQM offers 30-day no-questions-asked refunds; see the Terms of Service for eligibility and full details. After getting started, test the apps you use regularly: check whether work files open, videos play, switching devices is straightforward, and routing rules behave as expected. If you have questions, sign in to the user dashboard and submit a support ticket. Include the app, region, and error message so the issue can be reviewed.

QUERY MAP / ROUTES

International Routes andRouting Rules

Coverage spans 100+ countries and 190+ routes. The examples below illustrate region and route choices; they are not speed test results or guarantees of access to any platform. Actual routes and availability are shown in the client.

Regions serve apps; routes serve connections

If you want to view content for a specific region, set the country or region first. If your priority is everyday work, start by checking whether the apps you use most can sign in normally. Once you've set your goal, compare routes within the same region. IEPL dedicated lines, relays, and direct connections describe how traffic is routed; performance can vary from one visit to another. Keeping websites in mainland China on a direct connection and routing international apps according to rules makes it easier to see where a request went.

When troubleshooting, keep other conditions unchanged. On the same device and network, open the same page, note the error message, then switch routes and try again. Don't change the region, client mode, and app account all at once; even if access returns, you won't know which change helped. After connecting, use an IP check page to verify your browser's exit IP, but browser results don't replace checking routing in every app.

The status panel is for browsing routes only; it doesn't replace testing the connection in your target app.

QUERY MAP / CLIENTS

Client and Subscription Access

Supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Get the client and subscription through the user dashboard. Sign in to view your subscription; installation files and subscription details aren't provided on marketing pages.

Create an account with a username and password—no email required. Sign in to the dashboard, open the downloads area, and get the client for your operating system. Then import your subscription using the dashboard instructions. For iOS, check plan availability in the dashboard. After importing, update your subscription and confirm that routes appear before enabling the connection and routing rules. Installing the client doesn't mean the connection is active.

For your first setup, start in rule mode. Open an international website, then a website you regularly use in mainland China, and check both. If only one app has an issue, check that app's rule first. Verify each device separately; a successful desktop connection doesn't mean other systems have the same permissions. Follow the setup guide for the full installation, import, and verification process.

QUERY MAP / PLANS

Choose a plan based on data needs

If you use the service regularly, compare monthly plans; if your usage varies, consider a data package. Estimate your app mix and usage frequency before choosing a data tier. Unlimited devices doesn't mean unlimited data.

60GB Monthly Plan

¥9.9 / month

If you mainly browse and collaborate on text, start by assessing your everyday data needs.

250GB Monthly Plan

¥18 / month

For a mix of documents, AI tools, and video, use the data records in your dashboard to estimate your needs.

  • 250GB per month
  • Unlimited devices
  • 30-day no-questions-asked refunds
Choose This Plan

500GB Monthly Plan

¥28 / month

Better suited to frequent file transfers or video streaming. Don't choose a higher tier just because its per-GB price is lower.

Monthly Plans

Check reset rules against your usage patterns

Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date, not on the first of the calendar month. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Before comparing plans, consider what you do most: text searches and video use different amounts of data, while long transfers can also change your usage patterns. Don't choose a tier based on a single connection test; assess data needs separately from route performance.

If you're not sure what you need yet, check data usage in the dashboard after using the service, then decide whether to change plans. When using multiple devices, keep an eye on the subscription's total data rather than tracking just one device. Among monthly plans, ¥28 / 500GB has the lowest cost per GB, but the right tier depends on your actual usage.

Data Packages

For occasional use, spend down the remaining data at your own pace

Data packages remain valid until used up and never expire: ¥158 / 300GB, ¥358 / 1000GB, ¥658 / 3000GB. The difference from a monthly plan is how billing and data usage work—not a simple ranking of speed. If you use the service in occasional bursts and otherwise rarely, compare a data package with your monthly budget.

Pay with Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Before paying, check the plan name, data allowance, and billing method. After payment, confirm the plan status in your dashboard, then get your subscription. See the Terms of Service for refund details. For order or connection questions, sign in to the dashboard and open a support ticket.

QUERY MAP / NOTES

Choosing a Service and Tracking Usage

From comparing services to setting up the client, break “which app uses which route” into questions you can check. The comparisons in these articles offer a framework for evaluating your options; they don't replace testing in your own network environment.

If you're comparing subscription services, start with the service selection guide and weigh route types, billing, device needs, and refund terms together. If you're ready to set up a client, begin with the setup guide, verify the connection, then adjust routing rules for individual apps. Confirm what you need before changing settings to make it easier to preserve a working configuration.
